Welcome to the EKO Revenue Plus Summit (ERPS). By registering for and participating in this event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
Acceptance: Participation in ERPS signifies acceptance of these terms and any other policies communicated by the organizers.
Changes: ERPS organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, speakers, dates, and venues. Changes will be communicated to participants.
Data Protection: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared without consent.
Purpose: ERPS aims to promote revenue growth and innovation through collaboration among attendees, sponsors, and partners.
2. Attendance
Registration Confirmation: Registration is confirmed upon payment. Participants will receive an email with event details.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations before August 31, 2024, are eligible for a refund minus a processing fee. No refunds after this date.
Conduct: All participants are expected to behave professionally. The organizers may remove any individual not complying with this standard.
3. Sponsorship
Agreement: Sponsors will receive an agreement detailing terms, benefits, and obligations, which must be signed to finalize sponsorship.
Payment: Sponsorship payments must follow the terms outlined in the agreement. Late payments may result in the cancellation of sponsorship benefits.
Branding and Usage: Sponsors may use the event logo and branding in accordance with the guidelines provided by the organizers. Unauthorized use of the event branding is prohibited.
4. Exhibition
Booth Allocation: Exhibition spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The organizers reserve the right to adjust booth locations if necessary.
Setup and Dismantling: Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their booths according to the schedule provided by the organizers. Failure to comply may result in additional fees.
Product Liability: Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their products and equipment. The organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
5. Volunteer
Commitment: Volunteers are expected to commit to the time slots and tasks assigned to them. Any changes must be communicated to the volunteer coordinator in advance.
Conduct and Responsibilities: Volunteers must adhere to the event’s code of conduct and perform their duties responsibly. The organizers reserve the right to terminate a volunteer’s participation if these standards are not met.
Benefits: Volunteers may receive benefits such as free event access, meals, and a volunteer t-shirt. These benefits are contingent upon fulfilling volunteer responsibilities.
6. Media Accreditation
Media Credentials: Accredited media personnel will receive a media pass granting access to designated areas and sessions. This pass must be worn at all times during the event.
Coverage and Content: Media personnel are encouraged to share their coverage plans with the organizers. All coverage must be in line with the event’s guidelines and objectives.
Use of Materials: Any materials provided by the organizers, such as press releases and images, may be used for event coverage. Attribution must be given to the EKO Revenue Plus Summit.
7. Partnership
Proposal Review: All partnership proposals will be reviewed by the organizers. Selected partners will be contacted to discuss further details and formalize the partnership.
Mutual Benefits: Partnerships should provide mutual benefits to both parties. The terms of the partnership will be outlined in a formal agreement.
Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice. Terms for termination will be specified in the partnership agreement.
8. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified deadline.
9. Liability and Insurance
Event Liability: The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants during the event. Participants are encouraged to secure their own insurance.
Force Majeure: The organizers are not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and governmental restrictions.
10. Compliance and Legal
Compliance with Laws: All participants must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
